My experience was AH-mazing! I had no idea what a Site Plan was until I was told I needed one to have my deck rebuilt. I submitted my order and received it back within a few hours, even though it wasn’t a rush. They wrote that if I needed anything at all, to let them know. I did need one tweak, and they happily did it and turned that back around within a couple of hours. It’s SO nice dealing with great people. So many times, companies seem like they are out to milk you for every dime, but not these folks. I will recommend them forever. Thanks so much for making this easy.

Accurate Plot Plan
Plot plan is accurate. Response to emails is near-immediate. The county and developer did only a Plot Plan of the Subdivision, no survey or plans were done of the individual plots.
I will be recommending this site for any neighbor planning work that needs to be approved by our HOA.

They have quick turn around and were also fast to update my site map after I found some issues. My home has a lot of tree cover which makes it hard to map, but with a quick sketch by me and an update they were able to produce a viable sit map.
I specifically upgraded the faster turn around to ensure I had time for a review and update cycle. I would recommend this extra if your time line is tight.

Never knew there was a site that provided this service until our realtor turned me on to it. I needed to make a site plan for conditional use of a commercial property we were buying. They got it to me in .dwg format in less than 6 hours. (I paid extra for the 12 hour rush) Was able to revise the CAD drawing based on our future plans for the property and presentation to the municipal board. We had a site plan done by this folks about 8 months ago. This was required by our county in Arizona, USA and they did a great job and the county accepted it.
Move forward 8 months and we needed additional information added to the site plan for submittal to the county for permits for a solar system added to the property. They took the original site plan and added on the new components that the county wanted and then they sized the diagram and put it onto the county form for me.
This service is such a good value!

We had previously hired a draftsman to do a floor plan and elevation and it took approximately four months. When a site plan was needed for a location permit, we looked for other resources. We had a site plan done by this folks about 8 months ago. This was required by our county in Arizona, USA and they did a great job, and the county accepted it. Move forward 8 months and we needed additional information added to the site plan for submittal to the county for permits for a solar system added to the property. They took the original site plan and added on the new components that the county wanted and then they sized the diagram and put it onto the county form for me. The company who was supposed to do this work just couldn’t get to it and we were running out of time. These guys came through, again with no issues. This service is such a good value and you no longer have to be held hostage by expensive engineers and other people who traditionally do these services. I truly can not say enough good things about what a different finding this group has made to us. Ann
