Never knew there was a site that provided this service until our realtor turned me on to it. I needed to make a site plan for conditional use of a commercial property we were buying. They got it to me in .dwg format in less than 6 hours. (I paid extra for the 12 hour rush) Was able to revise the CAD drawing based on our future plans for the property and presentation to the municipal board. Their service saved me over 6 hours of work and I was able to spend more of my time “prettying” it up for the approval process.

I was a little confused on the pricing and it cost me $20 more to actually get my new ADU added to the site plan but I would have done that initially if I would have understood it better. The company who was supposed to do this work just couldn’t get to it and we were running out of time.
