For permitting on your residential properties our Medium Package site plan is the best choice. With this site plan package, we will include the items most cities want to see on a site plan such as all the structures on the property, scale, north arrow, driveway, trees etc.

For permitting on your commercial properties our Premium or Gold packages site plans are the best choice. With this site plan packages, we will include the items most cities want to see on a site plan such as all the structures on the property, landscaping, trees, parking spaces, setbacks, easements, scale, north arrow, driveway etc.

For the most departments the Premium Package Site Plan is the best choice.

Standard turnaround time is 24 hours, all work days and weekends, also we have RUSH options for less than 12h or less then 6h if you need it faster.

You can add the new structure, of course. You can check option for “Add new structure” and send me the dimension and location in the additional information box, or you can attach sketches and structural plans within the order. We will work with you to make sure that we get the placement just right.

Common structures to be added are: Deck, Patio, Porch, Car Port, New Home, Additions to the Home, Accessory structure, ADU, Driveway, etc.

We can make a site plan for your vacant lot. The main thing we need is Parcel ID or APN number, City, State and ZIP code. You can put Parcel ID in “address for site plan” field. You can place the order for one of our packages HERE.

Yes, we can add these items on your site plan. As we make the site plan from the satellite images, the utilities and similar items usually are not visible from the aerial view. In that case, the client would need to provide us with that information.

The recommended packages for this would be the Premium or Gold Package Site Plan.

Once we send you the draft of the site plan, you can markup the location of the utilities and other features and send it back to us. We will update the site plan accordingly and send you an updated version of your site plan.

PDF files are included with all the Site plans packages. You can optionally check other file formats like DWG which is $20 or JPG for $10 additional. DWG file extensions are useful to Engineers and other professionals.

For the most permit departments 11”x17” paper size is acceptable. Our site plans are available in all other paper sizes like 8.5”x11”, 24”x36” etc. 11”x17” paper size is included with all the Site plans packages. You can optionally check other size like 8.5”x11” which is $10 additional.

Yes, after you select your plan and enter your address there will be an option to “Add Topographical Lines”.  Select the check box and we will add the topography. We use all GIS topography data which is available on 2-5 foot intervals, as well as all the available online data. But if you have any information about topography lines for plot that you need site plan, you can send us that – attach with your initial order, and we can use that for reference.

Topographical lines are $40 additional with any of packages. If you decide to go with a Gold Package Site Plan Topographical lines are already included in the price.

Yes, after you select your plan and enter your address there will be an option to “Add Vicinity map to site plan”.  Select the check box and we will add the Vicinity Map. We use all available online data in order to make a vicinity map. Vicinity Map is $20 additional with any of packages. If you decide to go with a Gold Package Site Plan Vicinity map is already included in the price.

Yes, after you select your plan and enter your address there will be an option to “Add Impervious surface calculation to Site plan”.  Select the check box and we will add the Impervious surface calculation. To calculate the percent of impervious surfaces on your lot we will divide the total square footage of impervious surfaces we calculate by the total square footage area of your lot then, multiply by 100 to get % of impervious.

Impervious surface calculation is $40 additional fee with any of packages. If you decide to go with a Gold Package Site Plan Impervious surface calculation is already included in the price.

You can choose one of our packages depends of level of details you need to show on the site plan and use of your property residential or commercial.

A site plan would simply outline the space that can be found outside the building. It includes driveways, parking lots and cross streets. When designing the site plan, special attention would be paid towards the external dimensions of the building.

In addition, the dimensions of your establishment would also be taken into account. All cross streets, driveways, and alleys that can be found in the surrounding area are included in the site plan.

Site Plan Drawing provides important information about the building as well. The information provided about the building from site plan includes total floor area in square feet and the number of floors. The entrances and exits to the building are clearly mentioned in the site plan as well.

In other words, the site plan is a bird’s eye view of a lot. Site plans show the boundaries and dimensions of the property and the main structures found within the property such as buildings, paths, landscape, swimming pool, etc. A site plan is also called a plot plan.

You can place your order directly with your credit cards, supported: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club or with a PayPal.

On the checkout page you can see GRAY button that says “Debit or Credit Card”. You can click on it, table will pop out, and there you can fill in all the credit card information required. On the same page there is a yellow button for paying with a PayPal directly.

If you require a stamped plan by a surveyor, architect or engineer our plans will NOT be accepted. We are a drafting company and do not stamp or sign plans. Please verify this before placing your order.

If your plan is denied on first attempt, please forward us the comments as to why it was denied. We will make necessary adjustments so that you can resubmit.

If your SITE PLAN is denied for a second time for any other reason besides requiring a stamp, we can either make further adjustments as long as we are within scope or work or refund your money with a copy of the denial letter.

Our site plans are non-certified and works for most permits and most Counties. We have designers that are well versed and have more than 20 years of experience creating the plans for residential and commercial projects for all of the USA.

We recommend that you check with local authorities exactly what they require for your type of permit and we will do out most to make the site plan acceptable by your County.

We obtain data from a variety of online sources including County GIS, mapping companies and all other online data sources. It’s not necessary to visit your property in order to make a site plan/ plot plan for you.

Get A Site Plan Team does not provide stamped/certified plans. Engineers and Surveyors provide stamped plans. Engineers and Surveyors typically charge more than $1,000 for a stamped site plan. If your local permit department requires a stamped plan/certified site plan you will need to hire a Land Surveyor.

Setback limits are how close you can build to the property boundaries. Setback standards can be obtained from your local zoning office. Setbacks depending on what type of structure is innovated. For example, setback requirements for garage may be different from setback requirements for a shed. Setback also depending on location of the property – for urban and rural area is different. Setbacks and Easements are included in our Premium Package Site Plan and Gold Package Site Plan.

Scale depends of the size of your property and paper size/format you want to use. Usually we use engineering scales such a 1”=10’, 1”=20’, 1”=30’, 1”=50’, 1”=100’ etc.

You can try to clear your chase memory or try to place the order with a different browser. If you still have the same problem/error you can go ahead and place the order without these files, and then you can send the files directly via email to contact@getasiteplan.com or send files to us through our contact form HERE. *In comment/message field please provide us with your Order number so we can assign those files with your order.

Yes. We will make adjustments on your site plan until you are 100% satisfied with no additional cost, as long as the changes are within the initial scope of work and Site plan package you ordered.

If the adjustments are out of scope of work in package you ordered, you may need to upgrade, to upper site plan package with more level of details (for example if you need parking spaces, landscaping etc. shown on the Site Plan, and you already ordered Simple Package, you will need to upgrade your package to a Premium Package Site Plan).

All of our packages Site plans are delivered maximum within 24 hours to the email address provided at the time of your order.

If you did not receive your plan, please check your spam or junk email folder. If you do not find it still, please email us on contact@getasiteplan.com with an alternative email address and your Order number so that we can resend the plan there. You can also contact us HERE.

Sure, we can provide Floor Plan drawings for you.

For the Floor Plans you will need to provide us with some sort of sketch, nothing professional and we will prepare Floor Plan based on information you provide us with. Also, we can add some extra features like EMP (Electrical, Mechanical, plumbing if you provide us with this information too), so you can check that when you place the order. Any helpful files you can attach with your order.

Sure, we can provide 3D Renderings for you. We offer Exterior and Interior 3D Renderings for existing and proposed conditions.

For the 3D Renderings you will need to provide us with photos of the Building/House for the 3D Rendering you need or some sort of sketch/photos – for proposed Building/House, nothing professional, and we will prepare 3D Rendering based on information you provide us with. Any helpful files you can attach with your order.

Sure, we can provide Subdivision Site Plan for you.

Subdivision Site Plan Design typically includes the creation of a sketch plan (showing basic lot layout and provisions for public infrastructure), and subsequent creation of a more detailed preliminary plat (indicating building footprints and specific measurements), and then culminating in a final plat that creates the new lots. So, if you need to divide lot into multiple smaller lots Subdivision Design is the best package for you.

For the Subdivision Site Plan, you will need to provide us with some sort of sketch, nothing professional and we will prepare Subdivision plan based on information you provide us with. Sketch with your ideas is not necessary but could be helpful for our designers. Also, the main thing we need is the address of the property or Parcel ID / APN number. Any helpful files you can attach with your order.
