Description
We will use GIS, Satellite imagery to create the draft site plan. This site plan will include EXISTING primary building location, approximate Property Lines, Roofline ,Lot Dimensions, North Arrow, Scale, Measurements Between Major Features, Parcel ID, Driveway, Fence, Sidewalks, Trees, Swimming Pool, Accessory Structures, Landscape, Paths, Shrubs, Lawn,Parking Spots, Additional new structures, Topographic Contour Lines, Vicinity Map, Graphic scale, DWG, JPG, Custom paper Size Request, Rush Order Site plan – less than 12 hours.
Once we send you the draft site plan for review you can verify any dimensions and mark up the plan with any needed changes. We will make any adjustments completely free of charge.
This Plan can be used for:
- For Primary Building Permits
- Rudimentary understanding of Property
- Sketching out future constructions
- Discussion with Contractor/Builder

I ordered my plan in the evening and it was in my inbox when I checked it few hours later! I needed one adjustment and within 20 minutes I had my plan. I used the red pen and typing functions at the top of the PDF to show my adjustments and numbers. Great work and fast.

Site Plan Design
It was great working with Michael at GetASitePlan.com. I had ordered a premium plan a couple of years ago and had some updates to make for some permitting. I gave him a lot of specifications, and pretty much hit the mark at the get-go and just a couple of updates and we’re done! Looks good, too. Turn around time was really fast. It was amazing within 40 hours of paying for this you sent the original and revised it 3 times plus added topos. Not sure how long you have been doing this but I have told multiple people how great of a value this is. Good pricing, speed and accuracy are all hard things to get these days with any service. I know you will start getting much busier. I hope you can keep the customer service at this high level. Again thank you and I do have another property I want done. It’s 100 acres with a house and I’m looking for topos also. I’ll get on your site soon for that. Thanks again, hopefully this helps me get approval from the board of supervisors and zoning.
