Site plan was created for me in less than 24 hours. It captured just about everything I needed, and the site plan author happily made a few requested changes in a very timely manner. This document will be very helpful for me as I work through the county’s building permit process.

I needed a site plan to submit to my HOA for installation of a patio/outdoor kitchen. I could not believe the response time from when I placed the order until I received the first draft, literally hours. I sent a few change requests back to Michael and had those once again within hours. Very satisfied. Thank you

The entire process was simple and fast and fantastic! The original site plan was sent to me quicker than expected. Once I received and reviewed it I asked for some additional measurements and adjustments and they were made and sent back quicker than expected again! Couldn’t recommend more highly! Contacted Get A Site Plan as I needed a small subdivision rendering with and without a park attached. Indicated my requirements and Michael sent the first drat a few days later. We had a site plan done by this folks about 8 months ago. This was required by our county in Arizona, USA and they did a great job and the county accepted it.

Move forward 8 months and we needed additional information added to the site plan for submittal to the county for permits for a solar system added to the property.

They took the original site plan and added on the new components that the county wanted and then they sized the diagram and put it onto the county form for me.

This service is such a good value. I truly can not say enough good things about what a different finding this group has made to us.
