This site plan will include EXISTING primary building location, approximate Property Lines, Roofline ,Lot Dimensions, North Arrow, Scale, Measurements Between Major Features, Parcel ID, Driveway, Fence, Sidewalks, Trees, Swimming Pool, Accessory Structures, Landscape, Paths, Shrubs, Lawn,Parking Spots, Additional new structures, Topographic Contour Lines, Vicinity Map, Graphic scale, DWG, JPG, Custom paper Size Request, Rush Order Site plan – less than 12 hours.
Once we send you the draft site plan for review you can verify any dimensions and mark up the plan with any needed changes. We will make any adjustments completely free of charge.
This Plan can be used for:

City zoning approval, building permit
Tony did an awesome job. Alex was very helpful with helping me choose the correct package. he was very caring, and se easy to speak with. After that I ordered everything on it about $260. Downloaded site plans the same day and went to printshop to print out the 24″x36″ very easy. Well worth the investment.

It has passed all my planning departments as is!
Very quick almost same day turn around. Very accurate. When I had an issue, I emailed them back and they fixed it within 30 minutes. On the premium package, it says well and septic. I haven’t seen it on my plans. I did ask and they said I need to provide the locations as they have no way of knowing. Fair enough. It has passed all my planning departments as is.
