The experience with Getasiteplan.com is exactly as advertised and the site plan itself is better than we anticipated. It was easy to submit information and files and we got our site plan in 16 hours (beating the promised 24 hour turnaround time). Michael put the house in a location we had not thought about and we really like it. We were having difficulty visualizing the house on the lot and this site plan really helps us do that. We are very pleased with this service.

Never knew there was a site that provided this service until our realtor turned me on to it. I needed to make a site plan for conditional use of a commercial property we were buying. They got it to me in .dwg format in less than 6 hours. (I paid extra for the 12 hour rush) Was able to revise the CAD drawing based on our future plans for the property and presentation to the municipal board. Their service saved me over 6 hours of work and I was able to spend more of my time “prettying” it up for the approval process.
