My site plan was for an island lot that was fully developed. At first I was sent a site plan that had the theoretical (legal) boundaries of the lot. But I wanted a site plan that showed the actual seawall (which differed from the theoretical). The original site plan was sent to me in less than 18 hours. Once I clarified what I was looking for, a couple hours later I had exactly what I needed! That’s SUPER SERVICE!! Thank You!!
