Never knew there was a site that provided this service until our realtor turned me on to it. I needed to make a site plan for conditional use of a commercial property we were buying. They got it to me in .dwg format in less than 6 hours. (I paid extra for the 12 hour rush) Was able to revise the CAD drawing based on our future plans for the property and presentation to the municipal board. Their service saved me over 6 hours of work and I was able to spend more of my time “prettying” it up for the approval process

This is the 3rd time I have used this service. Every time the elevations turn out great. Michael is good at what he does. The first time using this service I had a complex commercial project. I needed a lot of details for the city. Tree locations, foundation measurements, and a ton of in depth descriptions.
