Get a Site Plan was fast and accurate right from the start. I would recommend them to anyone. I was a little confused on the pricing and it cost me $20 more to actually get my new ADU added to the site plan but I would have done that initially if I would have understood it better. Well worth the money.

They provided the site plan very quickly, within a couple hours of the order. It was very well done an exactly what we needed to get a cert for our bank loan. It looks like the person who made the diagram put some real thought into the placement of the house on the lot beyond the very simple instructions I gave with the order. Well done.

We had previously hired a draftsman to do a floor plan and elevation and it took approximately four months. When a site plan was needed for a location permit, we looked for other resources. This website was easy to navigate and a site plan was done with hours. We asked for a modification and that was done by the next day. Overall, a fabulous experience.
