Working with get a site plan was one of the easiest experiences I had in our project to build our retirement home. I worked with richard prior to ordering the plans so I had everything needed to give them the information to create a site plan for my building permits and once uploaded Michael finished the job in less than 12 hours!!!! Alex was exceptional from the very first email. He was fast at replying, fast at scheduling me for a quote, and fast at completing the job. He didn’t drag our small project on. He gave us a quote and stayed with that price until the end. No surprises. He communicated very well with us!

The responses for adjustments were very quick. I got a plan that passed for inspection for an accessory building after a a few adjustments on the plan.

This service is great, but I highly recommend using drawings/pictures to give the preparer an idea of exactly what you want. Be adamant about it and they will pull through for your project.
